you may not utilize the application to flood rate-limits, execute api exploit paths, or intentionally degrade hosting structures.

caching limits
volatile tracking indicators (guild counts, member values, latency) are fetched live or cached briefly. permanent records are not extracted.

disclaimer of damages
the software is deployed on an "as-is" structural configuration. the architecture holds no accountability for system downtimes, connection dropouts, or permission misconfigurations.
